Telemedicine Clinic

A telemedicine clinic is just like a traditional clinic, only the doctor will appear on a large screen using secure video conferencing technology. A telemedicine walk-in clinic provides immediate, same-day care for non-urgent, non-life-threatening emergency situation.

Telemedicine is the use of electronic information and telecommunication technology to get the health care you need while practicing social distancing. All you need is a phone or device with the internet to continue your medical care while protecting yourself and your healthcare provider from COVID-19.

A tool that makes healthcare more accessible, cost-effective, and that increases patient engagement – is telemedicine. Since making its debut in the late 1950’s, advances in telemedicine has contributed to seniors having the choice to age in place. In addition, the patients that reside in rural areas that previously had difficulties accessing a physician, can now reach them virtually.

Physicians and patients can share information in real time from one computer screen to another. And they can even see and capture readings from medical devices at a faraway location. Using telemedicine software, patients can see a doctor for diagnosis and treatment without having to wait for an appointment. Patients can consult a physician at the comfort of their home.

There are various types of Telemedicine Products & Systems

Telemedicine Cart (AIO)
Ultra-Portable Telemedicine Station
Telecardia 12-lead digital portable ECG
Medical Cloud

Telemedicine Cart

The Parsys Telemedicine Cart All-in-one (AIO) is a specially designed Cart for teleconsultation, capture and transmission of vital data in order to establish a medical diagnosis as close as possible to the patient.

It includes a HD videoconferencing system for teleconsultation and tele-expertise in complete autonomy. The health professional is then connected to the patient’s bedside without leaving his workstation.

The Cart also features a range of Bluetooth® wireless or USB medical sensors to simplify and accelerate the exams capture: Simultaneous 12-lead ECG, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, etc.

Its clever design makes it the perfect mobile telemedicine solution, both comfortable and handy for use in demanding sites.

The Cart is available in two versions, with or without LiFe battery system. This powered system, 5-year warranted, allows increase of the Cart electrical autonomy and its using comfort.

The Cart allows multiple adjustments and settings, facilitating its use. A true working comfort in a sitting or standing position.

 Ultra – Portable Telemedicine Station

The Ultra-Portable Telemedicine Station is a telemedicine backpack specially designed for the acquisition and transmission of patient vital data in order to establish an easy and quick medical diagnosis.

  • Compact & Ergonomic Solution-:

Practical and mobile, the Station can be used for teleconsultations on the move or at home. Its features make it the ideal equipment for nurses or rescue departments. Paramedics and rescuers also use it to transmit information and carry out video consultations with a remote medical centre. Thanks to a modular design, the Ultra-Portable Station is compatible with all medical projects (cardiology, dermatology, otology, oral, emergency…).

  • Efficient & Connected-:

Vital data is centralized on a 10 inch Tablet PC or 15.6 inch Laptop. It uses a very intuitive software designed by PARSYS Telemedicine to quickly collect, view and transmit patient clinical data for remote medical assistance and diagnosis. Access to medical data and videoconferencing is done for the doctor via a full Web platform, the data is secured by a Health Data Host (HDH).

Telecardia 12-lead digital portable ECG

Telecardia is the only machine in its category enabling the automatic capture and transmission of a 12-lead, simultaneous 12-channel electrocardiogram (ECG). The dry electrodes replace the conventional adhesive electrodes.

  • The new Generation Electrocardiography-:

Telcardia is an innovative medical device:
• portable, compact and ultra-light (500g)
• fixed, thoracic electrodes
• no consumables (gel, paper, adhesive electrodes)

  • Making ECG as simple as possible -:

Telcardia allows easy captures of ECG trace:

• Stored in a Patient file for a network consultation
• Transfer to a remote medical centre via Internet, 3G, satellite or radio link.

Medical Cloud

Parsys Cloud is a cloud-based solution allowing a secure and user-friendly exchange of medical data and video-communication between remote sites. It allows an isolated crewmember on a ship to connect with a remote medical center for relief or a health professional to receive the support of an expert on a specific issue.

  • Network Infrastructure-:

e is particularly vigilant to data flows transiting in both directions between the “Pivots” (institutions) and dozens of other institutions gravitating around it, each with their own security policy and network topology. Based on open and modern standards such as Websocket and WebRTC, the secure transport layer is designed to switch seamlessly NAT routers, firewalls, and proxies from an HTTPS elevation. In nominal configuration, sending data requires no additional port opening for concerned institutions’ IT services  Following the latest industry conventions, Parsys Cloud has a Web service communication layer allowing a perfect and modular integration thanks to an REST API (HTTPS / JSON).

  • Scalability and Flexibility-:

Parsys Cloud is conceptually agnostic to the type of medical data transiting through its mediation network.
Compatible with biomedical sensors provided by Parsys Telemedicine, it is also designed to easily
accommodate other sensors that may be integrated in future evolutions. The existence of a local software
and a cloud server allows any potential interfacing. The interfacing can be done either through external
“Clouds” – as required by many large public welfare manufacturers through Web services and the
authentication OAuth2 directly from the hub – or on the client’s workstation in order to communicate with
drivers and exclusively local addressable interfaces. Mobile solutions (SDK iOS / Android) allow remote
monitoring such as home monitoring
